Sabrina graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Recreation Management, earning the University Gold Medal which is awarded for highest academic achievement in her graduating class. Sabrina then continued her education at the University of Manitoba and received her Master of Physical Therapy, graduating with the highest GPA in the Physical Therapy program.
Sabrina is passionate about giving back to the profession and has been involved in many physiotherapy related events and committees, such as the Sport Physiotherapy Manitoba executive committee, the MPT Multiple Mini Interview, CoRS Open House, Siloam Mission, and the University of Manitoba CanU REACH program.
Sabrina truly loves expanding her knowledge in physiotherapy, she has completed her Level 1 and Level 2 Lower in the orthopedic manual therapy program and has taken other courses, such as acupuncture, cupping massage, and chronic pain education. You can often find Sabrina reviewing anatomy, practicing hands-on skills, and attending mentorship sessions with her colleagues. She plans to pursue further manual therapy levels in the near future.
Sabrina places value in empowering her patients to achieve their goals and maximize their function by incorporating exercise, education, and manual therapy in her practice.
